ATC 'Theda - The Brazen Woman'
This is an ATC I did for the February Challenge at ATCards. We were given an image of a poster of her and challenged to alter it. I decided to tattoo and glitter her with Pearlesence inks. I'm not sure if she would have actually dressed this way, given the chance...
